Please note: Newer municipal members of MCE, such as the Cities of Vallejo and Pleasant Hill, only have data that reports back to their official start date with MCE (approx. April 2021). If your site is within one of those new communities, please submit the form through our Access Data page.
Eligibility RulesCustomer sites must meet certain requirements prior to assessing their eligibility based on their meter data. These elements must be collected by the aggregator when assessing a customer's site and submitted as part of a project enrollment to the marketplace:

Required Past Project SurveyIn addition to using the provided tool above, Recurve requires aggregators to survey each interested customer prior to committing to scope terms to maximize participation in the marketplace. The aim of these questions is to confirm that no disqualifying changes occurred at the customer site between monthly updates to the eligibility tool and project implementation:
