East Bay Community Energy Demand Flexibility Market
Enabling Innovative Business Models and Encouraging Customer Choice
East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) has partnered with Recurve to provide an exciting new program to help commercial building owners save money on your energy bills.
Are you struggling with high utility bills, customer or employee comfort, and / or old inefficient equipment? EBCE is working with several energy efficiency vendors in our service area to reward energy efficiency investments with financial incentives. Simply contact one of the participating vendors below to receive a no-obligation consultation and understand what your options are.
The new Flexible Demand Marketplace is now open for business! Energy efficiency vendors providing services to EBCE customers can sign up through the Flexible Demand Marketplace to receive incentives on measured, verified savings achieved on energy efficiency and peak reduction projects. The program is a meter based pay for performance program for gas and electric savings from EBCE customers, excluding new gas appliances.
How to Enroll
Step 2. Enroll Project
Submit your project for enrollment. This includes Customer Data Access Authorization, Scope of Work, Estimated Savings and Costs.
After submission, a third-party engineering review will give assurance your expected savings are reasonable and you'll receive a reservation letter holding your funds for your realized savings to occur over the next 12 months.
Step 3. Complete Project
After your project is enrolled and you have a Project Reservation Letter, your next step is to complete your project.
After your final invoice is sent to the customer, submit a copy and fill out the project completion form so project savings performance can begin tracking.
