Peninsula Clean Energy’s FLEXmarket is a pay-for-performance program that pays incentives based on the metered grid value of energy efficiency and demand response projects. FLEXmarket's hourly framework promotes peak period reductions by offering higher incentives for peak hour savings and projects that provide sustained energy efficiency over time.
