Hello Contractors and Aggregators,  
We are reaching out today to remind you about several upcoming programmatic changes:  

• As announced on May 16th, the final date for market-rate project submission for preapproval will be May 31st, 2024.  
  
  
• As announced on May 16th, we will be reducing our standard Hard-to-Reach multipliers by 33% from current levels, effective June 1st, 2024. These changes will not impact projects which have already received preapproval or are submitted for preapproval prior to June 1st.  
  
  
• As announced on February 24th, the program will no longer allow new natural gas equipment to be submitted into the program as a primary measure, effective June 1, 2024. We will continue to accept heat pumps that have natural gas backup features.  
  
  
  • Aggregators have until 11:59 P.M. on May 31st, 2024 to submit projects that have natural gas equipment as a primary measure for final enrollment. Please note the program is no longer accepting pre-approvals for these projects.

After a successful past two years of Sonoma Clean Power’s (SCP) FLEXmarket, the program has concluded Project Enrollment Period, effective May 1, 2024. Recurve will continue to measure and manage performance payments throughout participating aggregators current portfolio of projects as well as support your team with any questions about your Recurve FLEXmarket portfolios.
